Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 17, 2025

Welcome to KeenCraft Corona Concrete. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before working with us.

Agreement to Terms

When you contact us for a quote or hire us for concrete work, you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Services We Provide

We offer professional concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work in Corona, CA and surrounding areas. Each project is unique, and we'll give you a detailed quote before starting any work.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel projects if we believe the work isn't safe or feasible. We'll always communicate honestly with you about what we can and can't do.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change if we discover unexpected issues like poor soil conditions, hidden utilities, or other complications. We'll always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. After that, we may need to update pricing based on material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may result in work stoppage. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

Project Timeline

We'll give you an estimated timeline for your project, but weather, material availability, and unexpected site conditions can cause delays. We'll keep you updated if anything changes. Concrete needs time to cure properly, so rushing the process isn't an option.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for making sure we have clear access to the work area and that all necessary permits are obtained (we can help with this). You'll need to mark any underground utilities before we start digging, and keep pets and children away from the work site for safety.

You should also avoid walking or driving on new concrete during the curing period we specify. Early use can damage the surface and void any warranty.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. We warranty our workmanship for one year from project completion. This covers defects resulting from improper installation or poor workmanship.

Our warranty doesn't cover damage from improper use, extreme weather events, soil settlement, tree roots, or lack of proper maintenance. Concrete naturally develops hairline cracks, and these aren't covered unless they indicate a structural problem.

Limitation of Liability

We carry proper insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, or for issues resulting from conditions we couldn't reasonably anticipate. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits may be refundable if we haven't ordered materials or started work. Once work begins, you'll be responsible for paying for completed work and materials ordered.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to KeenCraft Corona Concrete. You can't use our materials without our written permission. We may use photos of your completed project for marketing purposes unless you ask us not to.

Dispute Resolution

If there's ever a problem, let's talk about it first. Most issues can be resolved with good communication. If we can't reach an agreement, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, under California law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
